Baan Plai Haad is a luxurious condominium development located directly on Wongamat beach.  It is a 30 storey building that was finished in 2014 and is very popular with both locals and foreign investors.  It was developed by Sansiri, who are regarded widely as being one of the best developers in Thailand.  They have (at time of writing Nov-2018) almost 400 completed projects around the kingdom.

The location of Baan Plai Haad is at the end of Naklua soi 16.  From here it only takes around 5 or 10 minutes to reach Beach road and within walking distance you have many of Pattaya's best restaurants.  There are also many convenience stores within walking distance and the new shopping center, Terminal 21, has just opened its doors....this is reachable in just a few minutes by car or bike.

Baan Plai Haad offers a vast array of condo sizes for sale and rent.  They range from 1 beds (approx 46sqm) to 3 bed penthouses with approx. 150sqm of living space.  Most rooms offer good views as well.
