LOCATION
The Cliff is located on the Cosy Beach side of Pratumnak Hill and within walking distance of the beach. There are so many other great establishments within walking distance here too....such as the Chocolate factory, Sky Gallery, etc.

INTERIOR
This is a37 square meter unit on the 10th floor that has great sea view and pool views from the balcony. This is a studio condo and it comes fully furnished as you can see in the pics above.

EXTERIOR
The Cliff is a modern 27 storey building with a nice common area at the front of the building and lots of parking at the rear. The feature point would for sure be the long lap pool with slide. There is also a good fitness room overlooking the pool area.
