LOCATION

Pattaya Heights is located within a 10 minute walk of the infamous Walking Street and south Pattaya and 2nd road are just a few minutes walk away.  There is also public transport just 50 meters from the entrance and the beaches of Pratumnak are only a few minutes drive away.

INTERIOR

The unit sizes vary from 54sqm upwards and are typically quite spacious by modern standards.  The units although finished back in 2009 still have a very modern feel to them.

EXTERIOR

Pattaya Heights is a 7 storey building with a further floor on rooftop with a large communal pool and kids pool.  The rooftop also offers really nice views of Pattaya Bay and the surrounding area.

INVESTMENT

Prices have been stagnant at Pattaya Heights from 2014 - 2018 due to a various economic situations around the world, but should see prices rise in the near future as Pattaya expands outwards.
