PROPERTY LOCATION

The location of Metro Condotel Jomtien is directly on the beach.  Metro is located at the south end of Jomtien beach and neighbours some of Jomtien’s famous seafood restaurants.  Getting around town is relatively easy from here and south and central Pattaya are only 10 or 15 minutes away by car or bike.  Sukhumvit road can be reached in just a few minutes.

PROPERTY INTERIOR

The entrance to this unit is on the 40^th floor and as you enter into the condo you have the main living area, which is in an open plan configuration with the dining area and kitchen.  There is also an office area to the side of the living area as well as a guest bathroom.  The second floor comprises of the 2 bedrooms, both of which are spacious and have their own ensuite bathrooms.  

PROPERTY EXTERIOR

Metro Condotel Jomtien is one of Pattaya’s older condominium projects and is a massive 42 stories high.  It was finished in 1989 by Caterpillar, the same company that makes the machinery, and is one of the most sturdy looking buildings you will see in Pattaya.  The ground floor comprises of a massive open air lobby with full time reception and security staff there.  At the front of the building there is a large communal swimming pool and lots of surrounding terrace space.  After the pool you only have to cross the road to get to the beach.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS

A unit like this can rent for at least 60,000 baht per month if in a modern condition, although this unit needs a refurbishment to bring it up to a more modern standard.  The owners are more based abroad and for this reason have not done it themselves.
