Kittima Garden Home is a small housing estate located on the east side of Pattaya just off Chayapruek road and only 10/15 minutes away from south and central Pattaya.  There are a total of 14 houses in Kittima Garden Home and around half of them have their own private pool.  

Kittima Garden Home started construction in 2006 and finished around the start of 2009.  

There is currently no security guards or common areas at Kittima Garden Home and therefore no monthly maintenance bills to pay.
