D-Sign is a medium sized housing village located in the Huay Yai area.  It has just gone to market in 2019 and has a 4 bedroom show house available for viewing, and for sale.  

D-Sign offers something very different from most other housing developers in the Pattaya region with a much more modern approach in terms of design.  

The location is not too deep in Huay Yai and one can typically get into Pattaya city in less than 15/20 minutes.  The immediate area is home to many fresh markets, convenience stores, mini marts and restaurants.

There are 3 different house designs to choose from at D-Sign.  2 x 3 bed options and a larger 4 bed option.  The design of all the homes at D-Sign have open plan living spaces.

D-Sign homes are mainly on quite small land plots, but with ample space to relax outdoors and all houses have the optional extra of having a private pool.  The larger plots also have small garden areas as well.

D-Sign is a strong investment product which is highly suitable for the short term rental market.  Modern homes are extremely popular on the short term rental market and get quite high daily rates.
