LOCATION

The location is just a few hundred meters from the beach in Pratumnak.  The likes of Walking Street and all the retail options that central Pattaya offers, are just a few minutes’ drive away.

INTERIOR

Each of the 7 houses has 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom; downstairs there is a nice living area, a further bathroom as well as a kitchen and dining area.  All of the houses are fitted to a quite modern standard and of course come with all the amenities you would expect in these modern times.  There is also a separate building with an office on the ground floor and an apartment above it for staff. 

EXTERIOR

This resort has beautiful and mature gardens surrounding the 7 houses.  To the rear of the resort there is a large communal pool and a further 2 storey sala type building, designed purely for relaxation purposes.

INVESTMENT

The houses typically rent for around 40,000 baht a month on long term leases, or for around 3,000 baht per night (on average) for short term lets.  The current land value (in 2021) alone is in this case more than 90% of the asking price.
