Park Beach is an older condominium project that was finished in 1997.  It consists of 36 storeys, with colonial architecture and is rich with great facilities, with maybe the focal point being the 50 meter long communal pool at the front of the development.  We also liked the small bar that serves a few food specials everyday on the ground floor, which is a little melting pot of expats.

PROPERTY INVESTMENT ANALYSIS

This property is in a very well managed and located beachfront project in Wongamat.  The prices only go up here and this area has seen excellent capital gains over the years.  The long term rental rate for a condo like this is 18,000 baht per month.
