LOCATION
Apus is located in central Pattaya within a short walk of BIG C extra, and around 1km from the beach. Sukhumvit road is around 600 meters away in the opposite direction, which allows easy access to Bangkok and the surrounding industrial estates, etc...
INTERIOR
This is a spacious 3 bedroom condo that is in immaculate condition and is being sold as you can see it in the pictures, including all furnishings, except any small personal item. At the moment the 3rd bedroom is setup as an office. There is a bathroom right next to it, which also doubles up as a guest bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are both a good size and have their own ensuites. The living room has been so well designed and laid out, with a nice open plan kitchen, dining and living area. This Penthouse Condo is the crown jewel at Apus and will impress anyone that sees it. The unit will rent for around 70 - 80k if offered on the long term rental market.
